Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or similar role.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems and support business decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates to deliver a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Assist in developing action plans/communications to associates on survey results.
• Work with department heads to identify store opportunities and create timely solutions.
• Role model high level of customer service and resolve issues.
• Manage total store operations in store manager's absence.
• Drive sales by maximizing sales and profits and reducing shrink.
