Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2 years leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building.
• Passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations and ensure culture, safety, and success of the store.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members and shift leaders.
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve performance excellence.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health/safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and drive guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financials and implement actions to improve results.
