Qualifications

• Experience driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Strong merchandising and inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to execute store operations.
• Drive sales growth and ensure operational compliance and budget adherence.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to maximize productivity.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, dress code, and standards.
