Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals (sales, loyalty, payroll).
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Plan schedules within payroll budgets and coordinate with GM."
• Review and react to financial and operational reports.
• Lead makeup and skincare demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta attendance policy.
