Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and total store merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and obtain accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop store associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisal and disciplinary actions.
• Provide leadership to promote our Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with focus on fast and easy service.
• Ensure proper control of all store funds and company assets.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
