Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and develop operational action plans.
• Supervise and schedule store staff; ensure performance expectations.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team capabilities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and product presentation.
• Support payroll, stock levels, and loss prevention efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
