ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support supervising daily store activities, optimize store performance, manage schedules and develop operational plans. You will identify training opportunities to grow the team and lead efforts to maintain product quality, signage, and perishable freshness.

The role emphasizes team leadership, hands-on involvement in tasks, and adherence to company policies while driving customer service and loss prevention initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle money.
• Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Responsabilidades

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Maintains store cleanliness, signage, and inventory procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day operations and ensures customer service excellence.
