Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provides top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service.
• Human Resource Management Duties: Recruit, train, develop and evaluate employees; coach store staff.
• Scheduling: Develop store schedules to ensure proper labor and maximum efficiencies.
• Ordering/Receiving Products: Assist with ordering and ensuring products are received per policy.
• Merchandising: Maintain signage and promotion awareness; ensure store appearance.
• Inventory/Cost Control: Perform inventories; manage cost accounting items.
• Sanitation: Ensure health and sanitation standards; follow policies.
• Accounting: Prepare invoices and deposits; maintain records.
