Job summary

BFS Foods, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in Rostraver Twp, PA. You will work with the General Manager to maximize efficiency, control inventory, manage ordering and scheduling, and ensure high standards of foodservice and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining sanitation, and upholding company policies while delivering excellent customer experiences and timely reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast, friendly service to customers.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff and ensure foodservice safety.
• Create and manage store schedules to optimize labor and sanitation.
• Assist with product ordering, receiving, and stock rotations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and promotional signage.
• Oversee inventory, cost controls, and weekly/monthly counts.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with health guidelines.
• Handle accounting tasks such as cash handling and deposits.
