Job summary

BFS Foods Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will drive customer service, supervise staff, schedule shifts, and manage inventory, ordering, and compliance with company standards.

You will ensure smooth store performance, uphold sanitation, handle escalations, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail store operations.
• Ability to lead and coach store staff and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operation with General Manager, ensuring program execution and product implementation.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs and staffing coverage to meet store needs.
• Supervise inventory, ordering, receiving, sanitation and daily cash handling.
