Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee total store operations in the absence of the store manager and drive sales, safety, and labor efficiency. You will lead department heads and associates to achieve budgets and enhance customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires prior retail management experience and strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
Store manager/district manager or direct manager approval required.
Retail management experience and knowledge of all aspects of store operations preferred.
Staff supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

Assist store manager & associates in delivering a positive customer shopping experience and develop interest in customer service.
Assist in leading teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
Help develop action plans/communications based on Associate Insight survey results.
Identify store opportunities with department heads and create timely solutions and action plans.
Model and demand the highest level of customer service and resolve associate and customer concerns.
