Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong communication, counting, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license.
• Able to work in variable temperatures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all store areas.
• Minimum age 18.
• Vocational/Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; investigate shortages/overages up to $100.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll and other admin duties per cash control policies.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Maintain Grand Opening Ready Standards and store image.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety and security.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and store fuel operations.
• Engage in company promotions and guest service initiatives.
• Follow company policies and procedures as directed by management.
