Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations, including cash handling and inventory management, while upholding company policies. The ASM will supervise hourly staff, provide training, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest service excellence.

The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Vocational or Technical Education High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day store operations under GM guidance.
• Supervise, train, and discipline hourly staff.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory controls.
