Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the general manager in daily store operations. You will help supervise staff, maintain cash handling, inventory, and store standards while following company policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, can work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and have reliable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitors shift cash handling and inventory.
• Assists in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
• Maintains business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties.
