Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisal and disciplinary actions.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles.
• Maintain customer service focus and fast, easy service.
• Ensure control of store funds and company assets.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and ensure safety standards.
• Support achievement of store budgeted financial and operating results.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations of the store.
• Adhere to company policies and standard practices.
