Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Manager to lead total store operations, meet financial goals, and foster strong customer and associate relations.

You will implement store and corporate initiatives, ensure compliance with laws and policy, and maintain safety and security across all store activities. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for community engagement.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Solid understanding of store operations required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position.
• Accreditation by National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or equivalently trained as a Certified Food Safety Manager within 90 days.
