Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for customers. You'll train associates, manage stock placement, and coordinate with the leadership team on merchandising and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the sales floor for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Maintains store appearance and stockroom organization.
