CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Hot Springs, AR. You will manage daily store activities, drive customer relationships, handle leasing and payments, and ensure excellent service while maintaining the property.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, meeting sales goals, and maintaining budgeted expenses, with opportunities for growth within the U.S. store network.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience across diverse customers.
• Proven ability to stay organized with daily operations.
• Comfort using MS Office products for reports and records.
• Availability to work Saturdays as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and processing payments using POS.
