Responsibilities

• Open and close the store. Make bank deposits as required. Tally cash registers. Read and reconcile daily cash.
• Generate all store reports daily, weekly, and monthly. Maintain accurate records. Schedule employees.
• Ensure effective and efficient store budget management, including achieving processing goals, generating revenue, and controlling expenses.
• Keep the stockroom clean and safe. Monitor loss prevention procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Train new staff and cross-train team members across Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising.
