Job summary

Goodwill South Florida Tep LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of store operations, including financial performance, personnel management, front-end cash handling, floor and visual merchandising, loss prevention, and enforcing company policies.

The Supervisor will also train others and cross-train in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

• One year of lead/supervisory experience with 3-10 team members in retail.
• Knowledge of profit/loss, sales, or cost management accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, donors and staff.
• High integrity and business ethics; excellent organization and communication.
• Strong math skills; proficient in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Computer literacy required for reports and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; tally cash registers and make deposits.
• Generate store reports daily, weekly, and monthly; manage schedules.
• Train and cross-train staff across Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, Visual Merchandising.
• Maintain clean, orderly processing areas and support customer service.
• Monitor loss prevention and enforce company policies; ensure safety.
• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and leadership duties.
