Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations, ensure product quality, food safety, and strong customer engagement across a multi-banner network. You will lead staff, manage inventory, and drive sales while adhering to company standards and procedures.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination, with certifications in HIPAA, TABC/LACT/AATC, and Food Safety. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining partners; scheduling, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manages inventory using item management processes to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels; reviews profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data; provides summary to upper management.
• Directs store operations and manages operating expenses to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales, shrink, gross margin, and net profit.
• Maintains sales performance, cash flow, public relations, product quality, work standards, and labor.
• Reviews and analyzes budget and personnel reports to determine areas of concern and plan long-term objectives aligned with banners.
