Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Operations Leader to manage staff and store departments, ensuring product quality, safety, inventory and profitability. You will implement merchandising plans, train partners, and uphold company standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, with certifications in HIPAA, AML, AML, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age required.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business.
• HIPAA certification must be obtained within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) within 2 weeks of starting in role where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners.
• Plans, assigns and directs work; appraises performance and disciplinary actions.
• Reviews sales and inventory data to optimize cash flow and profitability.
• Ensures store safety, quality standards and customer service.
• Oversees pricing, signage, backroom organization and DSD duties.
• Leads safety processes, loss prevention and incident reporting.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
