Job summary

Ross-Dress-For-Less is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, drive sales, and manage a team of Associates. You will supervise the stockroom, front end, and sales floor, ensuring timely merchandise flow and adherence to company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and scheduling abilities. You will recruit and train the leadership team, maintain high customer service levels, and control expenses while achieving store performance

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service.
• Able to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to store associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop associates at all levels.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and execute to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure Company standards and best practices are met.
• Staff, train and develop leadership team to deliver sales and profit results.
• Recruit, train and develop Associates and supervise store operations.
• Manage stockroom, front end and sales floor for timely merchandise flow and expense control.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with business objectives and payroll administration.
