You will oversee the store’s daily operations, supervise a leadership team, and ensure execution of company standards across merchandising, staffing, and operations.

The role requires significant experience in retail management, strong customer service skills, and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Store operations to meet company standards and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Oversees staffing, training, and development of Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Manages payroll administration, scheduling, and related reporting.
• Ensures compliance with safety, loss prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Models Ross leadership and drives store performance and customer satisfaction.
