Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit and develop the leadership team, manage stockroom, front-end and sales floor activities, and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.

The role requires five or more years of store management experience, strong English communication, and the ability to train and motivate Associates in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards and drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and staffing to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and regulatory requirements.
