FiveStar is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including accounting, marketing, customer service, HR, and food service. The role supports the store team to meet company policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient in customer service and daily operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily store operations and lead the team as required.
• Partner with General Manager to address store issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in training of store staff and educate on company policies.
