• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable and prior supervisory experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and assume control in the absence of the manager.
• Assist in hiring and training associates and develop staff.
• Train all positions in front and back of house.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, and store staffing based on business needs.
• Ensure product quality and sanitation and FIFO rotation.
• Handle customer concerns to maintain 100% satisfaction per policy.
• Support catering and gifting sales and fulfill B2B orders.
• Lead merchandising transitions during promotions and holidays.
