Job summary

Five Below in Aiken, SC is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and deliver fast, friendly service to guests. You will manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and merchandising with the store leadership team.

Requirements include a High School diploma (college experience preferred) and 1 year of management. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and composure under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock; ensures items are quickly placed on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures daily operation readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses; partners with the store leadership team on merchandising and procedures.
