Five Below is seeking a capable retail leader to support daily store operations in Charleston. You will oversee crew, ensure outstanding customer service, assist with stock management, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. The role emphasizes training, merchandising, and effective store performance.

The candidate should have a High School diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensure crew wow the customer with friendly, fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership in merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
