Five Below in Hinesville, GA is seeking a Support Lead to oversee store operations and guest experience, acting as Manager on Duty when needed. You will train crew, supervise daily activities, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role requires strong communication, at least 1 year of management experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and lifting up to 25 lbs are part of the job. Starting wage is $13 per hour.

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure top service and duties are performed.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, alarm setting, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through smart merchandising and staff performance.
