Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and store recovery strategies.
• Performs routine store maintenance and upkeep of facilities and stockrooms.
