Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will act as Manager on Duty, handle opening/closing, security, and everyday store management.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of management, and strong communication with the ability to multi-task under pressure. Starting pay is around $17.79–$18 per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and trains on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partner with the store leadership team on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
