Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and monitors performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery initiatives.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock room organization.
