Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to oversee textile and hard goods production. You will work with the Team Leader to meet production quotas, train team members, and manage daily duties such as scheduling, inventory, and donor service.

The role requires overseeing quality, safety, and adherence to Goodwill policies, with emphasis on leadership of a small team and ensuring a respectful, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• A college education or five (5) years in retail management is preferred.
• Experience with people who have disabilities and/or Goodwill experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% world class customer service.
• Hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Supervise donation attendants and processors in receipt/inventory/storage processes.
• Maintain store expenses within budgeted ratios and maximize donor service.
• Ensure production quotas and quality of textile/hard goods produced.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and compliance with CARF and CPSC standards.
