Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Dallas Inc is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee daily production operations, align the team with organizational goals, and ensure high-quality outputs in support of the organization’s mission to provide job training and community services.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, driving efficiency, ensuring safety, coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines, mentoring staff, managing inventory, and analyzing production data to inform management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within a not-for-profit organization.
• Experience in process improvement and implementing production efficiencies is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
