Goodwill is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, including loading/unloading, merchandising, and customer service, in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires overseeing staff, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
Must supervise and train staff in cashiering, banking, stock, and display.
Able to open and close the store and lead daily operations.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with managing budgeted sales and expenses to revenue (E/R).
Operate cash register accurately and handle cash, checks, receipts, returns, voids, discounts, and credit cards.
Perform banking procedures, including reconciliation of Daily Business Statements and deposits.
Train and supervise store employees in retail procedures.
Display and model excellent customer service.
Ensure store is maintained per company policies on housekeeping, safety and security.
Performs stocking, display, and inventory duties.
Process merchandise orders and coordinate transportation as assigned.
Maintain flexible schedule to meet store needs.
Follow dress code and present a professional example.
Support empowerment and continuous improvement culture and encourage input.
