The position requires supervising staff during shifts, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting efficient merchandise flow from donation intake to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day retail store operations under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Supervise frontline staff and ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards.
• Reinforce DGR, 1-Touch practices and monitor merchandise flow from donation intake to sales floor.
• Uphold safety, security and loss prevention procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Support opening/closing procedures and complete operational paperwork.
