Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor in Tamarac, FL, to assist the Store Manager and oversee daily operations. The role includes managing donations processing, cash handling, floor presentation, loss prevention, and staff supervision to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a lead/supervisory role with 3–10 team members.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• High integrity and business ethics; proficient in English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Manage front-end cash operations, banking, and cash reporting.
• Supervise processing, cashiering, sales floor and visual merchandising activities.
• Train and cross-train staff to ensure efficient store functions.
• Maintain customer service standards and store cleanliness.
