• Establishes job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identifies training opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.

• Provides product feedback and recommendations on new items or discontinueals.
• Participates in interview processes for store personnel.
• Ensures adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Resolves customer concerns in the absence of the direct leader.
• Identifies hazards and maintains equipment in proper working order.
• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Maintains stock levels through product ordering.
• Merchandises products to maximize sales and ensures signage accuracy.
• Aids in payroll and budget management and training new employees.
• Oversees day-to-day team operations and escalates issues as needed.
• Ensures reports and responsibilities are completed promptly for top customer service.
