Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
• Prior management experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsabilités

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and ensuring overall store performance
• Develop operational action plans and train team members
• Manage schedules and payroll with budget and labor controls
• Maintain store cleanliness, product freshness, and signage
• Hire and train store personnel, participate in interviews
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash handling controls are followed
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
