Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Monitors the community environment and informs leadership of adjustments to maintain competitive position.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and ensures customer service standards are met.
