Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage schedules, payroll, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and drive store performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Train and develop team members; participate in interviews and onboarding.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and safety standards.
