Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail operations at a Westminster, Maryland location. You will lead the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and Assistant Store Managers to meet income and production goals.

You’ll manage payroll and operating costs, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold the Goodwill brand standards while coordinating with district leadership on strategic plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager on strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels to achieve budget targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
