Job summary

CVS Health in Missouri seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, support the Store Management team, uphold CVS/pharmacy standards in customer service, opening and closing procedures, and daily execution.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, merchandise, handle complaints, protect confidentiality, and ensure a welcoming experience for every shopper while complying with company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and coordinate activities to drive execution.
• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Assign, direct, and follow up on all daily tasks.
• Communicate information clearly to management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays.
