Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and delivering exceptional customer service. The role leads staff when no manager is onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise crews, handle customer questions, maintain displays, stock shelves, and uphold CVS customer service standards while ensuring confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and coordinate activities with store management.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays, weekly and seasonal merchandise.
