Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, communicating with management, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining product displays.

• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise store crews, assign and follow up on activities, and communicate with management.
• Handle customer questions, problems, complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, reset departments and maintain displays per weekly promos and seasonal needs.
