Job summary

CVS Health in Belton, MO is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution, drive performance, and foster loyal customers through service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you’ll steer the store and staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You’ll oversee daily tasks, support management, coach colleagues, handle customer questions, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (myImpact, myCustomer) and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise and presentation: price, stock shelves, plan displays and inventory weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain stock and oversee off‑shelf merchandise display and maintenance.
