CVS Health Corporation in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution, performance and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store and staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will lead the team, supervise staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience, while maintaining confidentiality and a focus on customer care.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsabilités

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities; effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle all customer relations issues per policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; maintain off-shelf merchandise.
