Job summary

CVS Health is looking for an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will help build consumer loyalty through excellent service and lead the store when management is not on-site.

You will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a positive shopping experience while adhering to company policies and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent-store issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in coordination with CVS Store Management.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints per policy.
• Support merchandise planning, stocking, displays, and weekly promotions.
