CVS Health Corporation in Belton, MO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution and performance with a focus on customer service.

You will support the Store Manager in leading a store team, oversee staffing, training, inventory and financial management, and promote a service culture to build consumer loyalty. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role with standard CVS benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
